Hello and welcome to LivHealth! I’m a Toronto-based Holistic Nutritionist in training with a passion for whole foods as a way towards optimal, vibrant and sustained health and wellness. My Wellness Philosophy: I believe great health is about incredibly tasty and clean food, getting the right amount of rest everyday and being physically active as often as you can. I think each of has the power to take our health into our own hands, make changes that work for our lives and heal ourselves naturally. Most of all, I believe in living, eating and acting preventatively so we can enjoy amazing health, boundless energy and glowing wellness every day!
